Devotay is owned and operated by Chef Kurt Friese and his wife Kim. The Friese's joined forces in making Devotay the pillar of the community that it is as well as putting in a lot of work for the Edible Iowa River Valley Magazine. They show their strong commitment to the local community by featuring local produce on their menu and giving back to local charities on Sunday evenings.
