About the Event

Step into a serene world of blissful rejuvenation as you embark on a one-of-a-kind forest bathing experience, where the soothing embrace of nature meets the gentle rhythm of kayaking on the clear waters of the enchanting Lake MacBride.

Let the serenity of the water wash away your worries and let your senses be tingled by the invigorating air, the fragrance of wildflowers, the tranquility of birdsong and the whispers of the wind.

Forest therapy is a guided immersion in natural environments that promotes the well-being of people and the land. Research shows these numerous therapeutic benefits:

  • Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, anger and pain.
  • Improves cognitive functioning, sleep, mood and creativity
  • Boosts the immune system, regulates blood pressure, improves relationships and increases feelings of gratitude.

This extraordinary fusion of forest bathing and kayaking promises to awaken your spirit, restore your inner balance, and leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and deeply connected to the wonder of nature.
