About the Event
Discover the perfect blend of nature's serenity and mindful movement in our transformative class that blends forest bathing and yoga from certified instructors. Immerse yourself in the healing embrace of lush green surroundings as we guide you on a journey of inner harmony and rejuvenation.
Experience the ancient practice of forest bathing, a Japanese concept known as "shinrin-yoku," which harnesses the power of nature to restore balance to your body and mind. Allow the soothing sounds of rustling leaves and gentle whispers of the wind to wash away stress, as you explore the researched, therapeutic benefits of being fully present in nature.
Complementing this connection with nature, you'll be lead through a carefully crafted sequence of yoga poses. Cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace as you gracefully move amidst the tranquil beauty of the land. Feel the grounding energy of the earth beneath your feet, as each breath guides you deeper into a state of profound relaxation and mindfulness.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to both practices, you will leave this class refreshed, inspired and connected to the essence of both yourself and the natural world.
