About the Event

Together we will honor this moon and the theme of love. Nature and Forest Therapy provides us with an opportunity to slow down and be present with self and with the world around us.

Forest bathing supports mental health and a healthy immune system. Together we will bathe in the medicine of the land.

Guided  by Emelia Sautter, Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, foundress  of Good Medicine, Nature and Forest Therapy Practice in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Dress very warmly, this is an all outdoor event. 3 layers is suggested. Blankets or sleeping bags are welcome too.
