About the Event

Spring walks can stir gratitude and joy. Plant beings are returning to the above-ground world, and we are waking up to their fresh energy  and cycle of growth. Greet old plant friends or meet them for the first time. Start a journal to track their seasonal progression and your experiences. Learn about herbs like violet, garlic mustard, nettle, and dock. Taste a yummy wild snack. We may even find  mushrooms to forage!

THINGS TO BRING

  • A water bottle
  • A small bag
  • Tool of choice for harvesting a handful of herbs

Please wear standard attire for hands-on, outdoor learning.

Tell us if mobility accommodations may be needed, as we will cover a good bit of ground during the class.
