About the Event

Immerse yourself in the McPherson Edible Forest where you will connect with nature by becoming a part of it.

Mindfully stroll through this interconnected orchard ecosystem, finding and nibbling on herbs and fruits. It's a sensory journey that nourishes both the body and soul, tailored for people seeking a tranquil escape.

Forest therapy is a guided immersion in natural environments that promotes the well-being of both people and the land. Research highlights these numerous therapeutic benefits:

  • Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, anger and pain
  • Improves cognitive functioning, sleep quality, mood and creativity
  • Boosts the immune system and regulates blood pressure
  • Strengthens relationships and increases feelings of gratitude

Rejuvenate, unwind, and deepen your bond with Mother Nature.
