About the Event
Join us for peaceful movement and reflection at the Sacred Stone Circle.
This class offers all-level yoga to help you release tension and tune into your inner experiences. We will contemplate how the energy shifts we observe and feel in the body mirror the seasons and seasonal changes.
You are invited no matter your level of experience. All are welcome.

Sliding scale fee: $5 - $25, based upon your access to resources.

EDUCATOR
Mandy Dickerson holds an herbal medicine-making certificate from Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and a Master's degree in Anthropology. She is a Certified TriYoga Teacher and is the owner of Plantchanters Garden in Iowa City, Iowa.
LOCATION
Sacred Stone Circle in the open meadow at Harvest Preserve: 1645 N Scott Blvd, Iowa City.
The back entrance is closest: turn left into a gravel drive approximately 200 ft east of Tamarack Trail, the gate will be propped open for you 30 minutes before and after class (otherwise locked to entry and exit).
Please park on the parking pad near the pines and not in the field area (to avoid getting stuck).

Abundance of Resources
This fee is for people with expendable income. This option allows you to assist others in attending our classes by “paying it forward” for those who have less access to opportunities.
$25.00Traditional Resources
This fee is for people who have the resources they need to make ends meet and can attend our classes at full cost.
$20.00Reduced Access to Resources
This fee is for people who are working hard to make ends meet on low wages and have less access to resources and opportunities.
$12.00Under Resourced
This option is for people who have low access to resources. Examples include those with income below the poverty line, people living with mental and physical health concerns, and people experiencing insecurity in basic needs attainment.
