The protocol uses paleo diet principles. It includes 9 cups of nutrient-rich foods eaten each day.
Vegetables and fruits are divided into 3 categories:
Leafy Greens: Kale, chard, collard greens, spinach, etc.
Bright Colors: Beet, carrot, squash, blueberry, cherry, etc.
Sulfur-Rich: Onions, garlic, cabbage, broccoli, mushroom, etc.
