The Wahls Protocol® is a vegetable-rich diet that keeps bodies functioning at their best and heals chronic conditions.

Through classes, tours and publications, we will help you grow wellness in a nutrient-dense, low-maintenance garden that is based upon The Wahls Protocol®.

What top techniques can make gardening enjoyable?

Which nutrient-dense foods are cost-effective to grow?

How can food be easily harvested and prepared?

What are ideal layouts for a low-maintenance food garden?

From start to finish, we will help you design, establish and enjoy your Wahls Protocol® garden: a low-maintenance, nutrient-dense garden planted with food from the Wahls Protocol.
