About the Event

Take a breather from the election craze and prepare yourself for the upcoming holiday rush with a tranquil forest bathing experience around the lake at beautiful Kent Park.

Immerse yourself in the calming embrace of nature, allowing all your senses to soak in the soothing beauty of late autumn.

Forest therapy is a guided immersion in natural environments that promotes the well-being of people and the land. Research shows these numerous therapeutic benefits:

  • Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, anger and pain.
  • Improves cognitive functioning, sleep, mood and creativity
  • Boosts the immune system, regulates blood pressure, improves relationships and increases feelings of gratitude.

This experience offers the perfect respite, helping you recharge and center yourself between the intensity of the election season and the approaching holidays.
