About the Event
Join us for a calm and inspiring afternoon of tea, conversation, and community. Together we’ll celebrate 20 years of Backyard Abundance and our transition to EarthMind—a new chapter focused on personal and community well-being through nature connection.
This event also marks the release of Low-Maintenance Eco Gardens, a book that helps busy people create simple, beautiful gardens that integrate outdoor well-being into everyday life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A guided sensory tea ceremony that connects you with neighbors.
The creation of a fun springtime “Garden Well-Being Plan” that can be done with friends and neighbors.

Abundance of Resources
This fee is for people with expendable income. This option allows you to assist others in attending our classes by “paying it forward” for those who have less access to opportunities.

Traditional Resources
This fee is for people who have the resources they need to make ends meet and can attend our classes at full cost.

Reduced Access to Resources
This fee is for people who are working hard to make ends meet on low wages and have less access to resources and opportunities.

Under Resourced
This option is for people who have low access to resources. Examples include those with income below the poverty line, people living with mental and physical health concerns, and people experiencing insecurity in basic needs attainment.
