Autumnal Equinox: A Holistic Gathering

Under the guidance of skilled artisans, you’ll begin your journey by learning the ancient techniques of floral arranging using foraged blossoms, leaves, and twigs to create a stunning, personalized headpiece that reflects your individual style.

Adorned with your flower crown, you will then enjoy a guided forest therapy session, where you'll engage your senses and connect with the tranquil surroundings, allowing nature's healing energy to wash over you.

THINGS TO BRING

• Dress for the weather and for being outdoors for a few hours. If it is chilly, dress extra warm and bring a blanket. If it is wet or rainy, wear clothing to keep you warm and dry. 
• Meaningful items you'd like to include in your celebratory ritual.
• Water bottle.
• Good shoes for being outdoors.
• Walking or hiking pole.
• Insect repellent.
• Anything else that might help you feel comfortable being outdoors.

REGISTRATION

Sliding scale fee: $50 - $15, based upon your access to resources. (A $10 materials fee is added to the price.)

Emelia Sautter is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide. She is the foundress of Good Medicine, Nature and Forest Therapy Practice in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 

Anne Ventullo, is an eco-therapist, death doula and ritualistic guide.
