About the Event
This enchanting class offers a unique opportunity to craft an exquisite floral headpiece of natural materials and then immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the forest.
Under the guidance of skilled artisans, you’ll begin your journey by learning the ancient techniques of floral arranging using foraged blossoms, leaves, and twigs to create a stunning, personalized headpiece that reflects your individual style.
Adorned with your flower crown, you will then enjoy a guided forest therapy session, where you'll engage your senses and connect with the tranquil surroundings, allowing nature's healing energy to wash over you.
Forest therapy is a guided immersion in natural environments that promotes the well-being of people and the land. Research shows these numerous therapeutic benefits:
- Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, anger and pain.
- Improves cognitive functioning, sleep, mood and creativity
- Boosts the immune system, regulates blood pressure, improves relationships and increases feelings of gratitude.
Embrace the harmony of nature and your own creativity in this captivating outdoor event designed to soothe your soul and adorn you with a natural masterpiece.
