About the Event
This class will give you hands-on experience working with herbs that are generally recognized as safe and have been wildcrafted from local areas. You will have opportunities to taste, handle, and get to know several herbs while we go through the process of making different formulas. Find out more about the energetic qualities of the herbs and learn which ones offer good support for your individual constitution. Take home tasty recipes, experiential knowledge of herbal kitchen craft, and a bundle of adorable spring herbs so you can easily replicate or innovate the medicine making process at home.
You are invited no matter your level of experience in the herbal arts. All are welcome. Tell us ahead of class time if any accommodations are needed for inclusion, especially regarding allergies and food intolerances.
