About the Event

Give yourself time to restore well-being in a unique natural place. This class offers gentle yoga to help you come back to the body, release tension, calm the mind, and expand your awareness.

Join us to move and stretch under an oak canopy, and make use of the trees for support in different postures. Sense and interact with these sturdy Earth relatives in a new and careful way, and see what emerges.

The class will be customized based on the needs of attendees. Tell us ahead of time if any accommodations are needed for inclusion.

You are invited no matter your level of yoga experience. All are welcome.
